AUSRY CODE OF BUSINESS CONDUCT AND ETHICS
Our Commitment
At Ausry, we are dedicated to the highest ethical standards and integrity in everything we do. This Code of Business Conduct and Ethics outlines the core principles that guide our decisions and actions every day.
Our Guiding Principles
Integrity: We act with honesty, transparency, and accountability in all our business interactions. We have zero tolerance for corruption, fraud, or dishonesty.
Respect: We embrace diversity and treat everyone with dignity and respect. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or disrespectful behavior.
Compliance: We are committed to upholding all applicable laws and regulations in every location we operate. We foster a culture of compliance and accountability throughout the organization.
Confidentiality: We safeguard confidential information from the company, our clients, and our partners. We will not disclose confidential data without proper authorization.
Conflict of Interest: We avoid situations where personal interests might conflict with the company's interests. If a conflict arises, we disclose it and take ethical and transparent steps to resolve it.
Responsible Use of Resources: We use company resources responsibly and efficiently, avoiding waste or misuse.
Social and Environmental Responsibility: We are committed to sustainable practices, minimizing our environmental impact, and contributing positively to our communities.
Applicability and Decentralization
This Code of Business Conduct and Ethics applies to all Ausry employees, executives, and representatives. Integrity and ethics are essential for our success and for maintaining trust with our customers, partners, and communities.
Decentralized Structure
Ausry operates with a unique decentralized structure. Many business functions are not centralized or integrated. Individual businesses often have their own accounting practices and work rules that may differ from company policies.
Corporate Oversight
Ausry's senior leadership team is involved in and ultimately responsible for major decisions concerning capital allocation, investment activities, and CEO selection.
Code of Ethics for Subsidiaries
While we strive for consistency, we acknowledge that some subsidiaries may have existing codes of ethics with equal or even greater standards. We trust that these subsidiaries will continue to uphold their strong ethical principles.
Accountability
"The company" refers to Ausry when we are held accountable for actions. We generally do not control, nor do we seek to control, the specific policies or codes of ethics of our subsidiaries.
